Life at QE6 is different to that at school, whether you are joining us from QES or another educational setting.

Whilst academic study lies at the heart of sixth form life, there is a huge amount on offer beyond this. From co-curricular opportunities to our QE6 Extras Programme and training in our state-of-the-art gym to catching up with friends over coffee, we want you to feel that QE6 is a place for you to call your own. It is very much a place run by you, for you.

Sixth formers also have the chance to participate in a wide range of social activities. These include charity fundraising, social events, residential trips as well as whole school drama and music productions.

Lifelong friendships are made along the way at QE6, whether students have been at Queen Elizabeth School for many years or are just joining. As young adults, you are collectively preparing for the rest of your lives, and this brings with it a sense of enthusiasm, optimism and energy which fuels a fun, positive culture in the sixth form.
